Frequently asked questions
Can I exchange the colour or model?
Yes, while the packaging is unopened: withdraw from the purchase within 14 days and order the brush you want. We don’t exchange an opened brush, for hygiene reasons.
How do I withdraw from a purchase?
Within 14 days of receipt, send us a withdrawal statement — withdrawal form, or reach us via the contact page. Then return the brush in its unopened original packaging.
We refund the money no later than 14 days after receiving your statement — once the brush reaches us or once you send us proof that it has been shipped.

Can I return an opened brush?
We don’t take back an opened brush — it’s a matter of hygiene (Art. 38 ZZP). If it arrived damaged or faulty, you can file a complaint even when the packaging is open.
How do I file a complaint?
Reach us via the contact page or fill in the complaint form: give your order number, describe the problem and add a photo. We reply within the legal deadline.
